Outdoor Fighter’s Practice starts on Wednesday15 May at 6:30 PM. Practice shall continue until the vacation of no practice in of July due to Frontier Days Activities and congestion at the practice site location. Currently August and September schedule are all Wednesday’s. The Fighter’s practice area is in the area of the small shelter at the south end of lake baseball field parking. Toilets and playground are close by. Practice starts at 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM or dark. Please check the calendar to determine any deviation for the date or location.
Outdoor Fighter’s Practice during Cheyenne Frontier Days 17 -28 July, 2024 is traditionally not held. Next practice is 31 July.
Traditionally Fighter’s Practice was just that a gathering to practice the Marshal Arts. With modern times the gathering has expanded to co-schedule Shire Time. A meeting of interested persons to participate in all of the SCA activities.
