Windswept Newsletter
Upon the formation of the Shire a newsletter was an requirement, therefore the name “Windswept” was chosen. There was no set publishing frequency during a group’s incipiency. Our desire was to publish monthly, however often had some two-month issues. As the newsletter was published by the office of Chronicler there was little consistency between the different officers. Also no consistent publishing record. Our file is the digitized copies of the issues we have found, if you have an issue not filed , please allow us to digitize it and add it to our file. Latter a web presence was an acceptable replacement to the newsletter and a printed newsletter has been retired.
